Cambron and I met in 2010 while both studying music in college. 11 years later we present our first work together, CloutBerries. Our respective paths have zigzagged throughout the years both musically and personally, but we always make a point to cross as much as possible. This first EP is a product of that. Cambron came and stayed with me at my home studio early April 2021 with the intention of freely creating during the weekend stay and putting out to the world whatever we came up with. CloutBerries is just that. It’s us being fully present and engulfed with the creative process and location we were in. It’s a capsule of time and space, but at the same time built on a strong foundation of past experiences and memories. This work was crafted entirely over the span of one weekend. It brings our two distinct styles and approaches together into one spontaneous, meditative, electronic bop. Enjoy! NB
